7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

1. How to request a refund

Email husnainjadoon66@gmail.com (or use the Support page) within 7 days of your purchase with your Order ID and a short description of the problem. That's all we need to start.

2. Give us one chance to fix it first

Most "broken plugin" or "app not working" reports turn out to be a configuration issue we can solve in one reply — often within 24 hours. If we can't get the product working for you, the refund is approved immediately. If you simply changed your mind within the 7 days, that's fine too — just say so.

3. What happens after a refund

Your payment is returned through the same method you paid with (bank transfer or PayPal), normally within 3–5 business days. The license key from the order is deactivated at the same time, and any downloaded files must stop being used — plugins here are GPL-licensed, but continuing to use a refunded license key is not permitted. For Automizer, the app simply goes back to its free features.

4. Marketplace (third-party seller) products

The same 7-day guarantee applies to plugins and themes sold by independent developers on Creatify. We handle the refund with you directly, and the sale is reversed from the seller's earnings — you never need to chase the developer yourself.

5. What isn't refundable

• Renewals already past their own 7-day window.
• Orders older than 7 days (contact us anyway — we'll still try to help).
• Refund requests after heavy production use where the product demonstrably works as described.
• Issues caused by third-party plugin/theme conflicts we offered to help resolve and were refused.
• Free products — there's nothing to refund, but we still fix bugs!

6. Subscriptions & cancellations

Monthly and yearly plans don't auto-charge without notice — you'll always receive a renewal reminder first. Cancelling simply means not renewing; your license keeps working until its paid period ends.

7. Chargebacks

Please talk to us before opening a bank or PayPal dispute — we resolve nearly every issue faster than a chargeback does. Accounts that file chargebacks without contacting support may have their remaining licenses revoked.
